This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Pixtify's subscription plans and credit purchases. We strive to provide excellent service and fair policies that protect both our customers and our business.
Important: Due to the nature of AI-generated content, credits consumed to generate images cannot be refunded once the generation process has completed successfully. This is because the computational resources have been used and the content has been delivered.
2. Free Credits
All new users receive 3 free credits upon registration. These credits:
- Are provided at no cost and have no cash value
- Cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded
- Allow you to try our service before making any purchase
- Never expire while your account is active
3. Subscription Refunds
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. When you subscribe, you have immediate access to your monthly credit allocation. If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a partial refund under the following conditions:
- Request made within 14 days of initial purchase
- Less than 20% of monthly credit allocation used
- Refund amount will be prorated for the unused portion minus any credits consumed
Subscription Credits
Please note the following about subscription credits:
- Monthly credits reset at the start of each billing cycle
- Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next month
- Credits consumed cannot be refunded or restored
4. Credit Pack Refunds
One-time credit pack purchases are generally non-refundable because:
- Credits are delivered and available for use immediately upon purchase
- Credit packs never expire, giving you flexibility to use them at any time
- The purchase represents access to our AI generation services
Exceptions
We may consider refunds for credit pack purchases in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Accidental duplicate purchases (must be reported within 24 hours)
- Technical errors that prevented credit delivery
- Unauthorized transactions (with appropriate documentation)
5. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent the service from functioning as described, we will work with you to resolve the issue and may provide:
- Credit restoration: If an image generation fails due to our system error (not due to content policy violations or invalid inputs), we will restore the credits to your account.
- Service credits: For extended outages or persistent technical issues, we may provide bonus credits as compensation.
- Refund consideration: In cases of severe, unresolved technical issues affecting your ability to use the service, we will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
To report a technical issue, please contact us at info@pixtify.com within 14 days of the incident, including details of the problem and any relevant screenshots or error messages.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:
- Email us at info@pixtify.com with the subject line "Refund Request."
- Include your account email address and the email associated with your payment.
- Provide the date and amount of the transaction.
- Explain the reason for your refund request in detail.
- Attach any relevant documentation (screenshots, error messages, etc.).
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
7. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved:
- Processing time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Bank processing: Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Currency: Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original transaction. Exchange rate fluctuations may affect the final amount received.
8. Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access to all features and your remaining credits until the period ends
- Your account will revert to the free tier after the subscription ends
- Any unused subscription credits will be forfeited at the end of the billing period
- Credit pack purchases (one-time) remain in your account and never expire
Account Deletion
If you wish to delete your account entirely:
- Contact us at info@pixtify.com to request account deletion
- Active subscriptions should be cancelled first
- All remaining credits will be forfeited upon account deletion
- Your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy retention schedule
